We offer you the unique opportunity to take a look behind the scences of Christian Jürgens and to learn from him personally. Of course this extraordinary experience can only take place in small groups.

Our sommelier Marietta Stegbuchner puts togehter high quality and exciting wine tasting sessions for each cooking class to complete the cooking experience and demonstrate the interplay of food and wine of the highest caliber.

Agenda

You start at 10:30 with an aperitif in our beautiful located Genusswerkstatt. Afterwards you will cook for at least 4 hours together with Christian Jürgens. The dishes are tasted right after the preparation with the right wine.
