Restart with chef Cornelia Fischer

Regional roots with a vision of the world - that's Cornelia Fischer's philosophy in a nutshell. From summer 2024, the Restaurant Überfahrt will reopen under the management of the top chef.

From 6 September 2024, the fine dining address will welcome guests back to regular business, with opening hours from Tuesday to Saturday evening.

Since it was confirmed that Cornelia Fischer would be returning as head chef, a new fine dining concept has been developed together with the team on site. This will incorporate the elements she stands for: her passion for regional products, some of which she even grows herself, first-class craftsmanship and a certain playful lightness.

Cornelia Fischer was already part of the team at Restaurant Überfahrt as Chef de Partie from 2015 to 2018. She then worked as sous chef for three-star chef Andreas Caminada in Switzerland for two years. The native of Lower Franconia moved back home from Graubünden in 2021 and was responsible for two restaurants as head chef at Hotel Zur Schwane, including the Michelin-starred "Weinstock". Cornelia Fischer reached a significant milestone here last year: Schlemmer Atlas named her "Female Chef of the Year 2024".

Anton Schmaus | 19 & 20 April 2024

Gourmet restaurant Storstad - 1 Michelin star

Anton Schmaus' career has taken him from Viechtach in the Bavarian Forest via Switzerland to Stockholm, New York and - full of impressions - back again, this time to Regensburg. In addition to the light-flooded gourmet restaurant Storstad with its Scandinavian flair, he also runs the rocky and wicked Sticky Fingers (opened in 2016), the minimalist sushi bar Aska (2019, also 1 Michelin star), the colourful wine concept store Tipsy (2022) and the gourmet delivery service Proviant (2020) - all in the heart of Regensburg. He is also the chef of the German national football team since 2017 and accompanies the team to all matches.
