Our Seehotel Überfahrt has 134 luxurious rooms and 54 individually designed suites with a view of the lake and the mountains. Here roomy space and light, the most exquisite materials and select accessories blend into an ambience of luxurious and modern elegance.

Rooms
The luxurious rooms feature a corner seating arrangement as well as a balcony or terrace. Rooms can be booked with a French bed or a king-size double bed. All include telephone, radio, satellite TV and Premiere pay TV free-of-charge, as well as mini bar, safe, internet access and electric heating / cooling blanket. In the bathrooms you will find a bath tub, shower cubicle, hairdryer and makeup mirror.
Junior Suites
Our generous Junior Suites with approx 50 m2 consist of a combined living and bed room. The couch can be bedded for a further person. The luxurious bathroom features everything you need for a relaxing stay. From your balcony or terrace you can enjoy the fantastic view of the surrounding mountains or the Tegernsee lake.
Executive Suites
The spacious Executive Suites with approx. 70 m2 consist of separate living and bedrooms, luxurious bathroom as well as guest toilet. They provide a wonderful view of the lake, the Wallberg mountain or the Malerwinkel area of the Tegernsee.
Royal Suites
With a total area of more than 200 m2, living in our Kaiser Suite or Créme Suite truly is a regal experience. You will find a range of seating accommodations in the elegant living area. A private bar and kitchen will give you the possibility of entertaining private guests. From the terrace you can enjoy an unrestricted view of the picturesque Tegernsee lake. Your own private elevator will take you directly to your separate subterranean parking spaces.
